Calls for creation of Artificial Intelligence Safety Commissioner

The Human Rights Commission is calling for the creation of the world’s first Artificial Intelligence Safety Commissioner, as part of a suite of measures recommended to the Morrison Government. Human Rights Commissioner Ed Santow says this has been a three-year running project.
