Creating a HitTop account is simple and free. Visit hittop.online, click on the Sign Up button, enter your name, email address, username, and password, and follow the on-screen instructions to complete your registration. Your account will be ready immediately.
Q7. Can I have more than one HitTop account?
You may create multiple accounts as long as each account follows our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. However, using multiple accounts to manipulate platform metrics, evade bans, or engage in any abusive behavior is strictly prohibited.
Q8. I forgot my password. What should I do?

Q9. How do I delete my HitTop account?
You can delete your account at any time from your account settings page. Once deleted, your personal data will be removed within 30 days and your uploaded content will be permanently deleted within 90 days. Please note that account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Q10. My account has been suspended. What do I do?
If your account has been suspended, it means a violation of our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines was detected. You will receive an email explaining the reason for suspension. If you believe the suspension was made in error, you can appeal by contacting us at appeals@hittop.online.
Q11. How do I upload a video on HitTop?
Log in to your HitTop account, click the Upload button, select your video file from your device, add a title, description, and tags, choose your privacy settings, and click Publish. Your video will be live on HitTop immediately after uploading.
Q12. What video formats does HitTop support?
HitTop supports all major video formats including MP4, AVI, MOV, MKV, WMV, and FLV. We recommend uploading in MP4 format for the best quality and fastest processing time.
Q13. Is there a limit on video length or file size?
HitTop supports videos of all lengths. File size limits depend on your account type. Standard accounts can upload videos up to a certain size limit. Creator accounts with active monetization may have higher or unlimited upload limits.
Q14. Can I edit or delete a video after uploading it?
Yes. You can edit your video title, description, tags, and privacy settings at any time from your channel dashboard. You can also delete any of your videos permanently at any time.
Q15. What content is not allowed on HitTop?
The following content is strictly prohibited on HitTop: explicit sexual content, content that harms or exploits minors, hate speech, graphic violence, harassment, misinformation, spam, illegal activities, terrorism, copyright infringement, and privacy violations. Violating these rules may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination.
Q16. How does monetization work on HitTop?
HitTop offers instant monetization for all creators. As soon as you create an account and upload your first video, you are immediately eligible to start earning. There are no minimum subscriber counts, no watch-time requirements, and no waiting period.
Q17. How many ways can I earn money on HitTop?
HitTop offers multiple earning options for creators including advertising revenue from ads displayed on your videos, paid channel subscriptions where fans pay a monthly fee for exclusive access, video selling where you set a price for individual videos, direct tips and gifts from your viewers, and more.
Q18. When and how do I get paid?
HitTop processes creator payments on a regular monthly basis. Earnings are transferred to your registered payment method once you reach the minimum payout threshold. You can track all your earnings and payment history from your creator dashboard.
Q19. Do I need a minimum number of subscribers to earn money?
No. HitTop does not require any minimum subscriber count or watch time to activate monetization. You start earning from your very first video upload. This is one of the biggest differences between HitTop and other platforms.
Q20. Can my monetization be removed?
Yes. HitTop reserves the right to pause or permanently remove monetization from any channel that violates our Terms of Service, uploads non-original content, engages in fraudulent activity, or receives multiple content strikes.
Q21. What are HitTop subscription plans?
HitTop offers optional subscription plans that give users access to premium features such as ad-free viewing, exclusive content, higher upload limits, and more. These plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis.
Q22. Can I cancel my HitTop subscription plan?
Yes. You can cancel your HitTop subscription plan at any time from your account settings. If you cancel within 7 days of your initial purchase and have not extensively used the plan benefits, you are eligible for a full refund. After 7 days, a partial refund may apply based on unused time.
Q23. Are creator gifts and tips refundable?
No. All gifts, tips, and direct payments sent to creators on HitTop are non-refundable. Once a gift or tip has been sent, that transaction is final and cannot be reversed. Please ensure you intend to send a gift before confirming any transaction.
Q24. Are paid channel subscriptions to creators refundable?
No. Paid subscriptions to a creator's channel are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, but no refund will be issued for the current billing period already paid.
Q25. Are paid video purchases refundable?
No. Once you have purchased access to a video or premium content and that content has been made available to you, the transaction is final and no refund will be issued.
Q26. Does HitTop sell my personal information?
Absolutely not. HitTop does not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with any third party for commercial purposes — ever. Your data is your private property and we treat it that way.
Q27. Is my data secure on HitTop?
Yes. HitTop uses industry-leading security measures to protect your data including SSL and TLS encryption, secure encrypted servers, regular security audits, and restricted access to personal data by authorized personnel only. Your videos, content, and personal information are fully protected at all times.

You have full control over who can see your videos. When uploading, you can choose to make your video public, unlisted, or private. Public videos are visible to everyone. Unlisted videos can only be seen by people with the direct link. Private videos are visible only to you.
Q29. How do I report inappropriate content on HitTop?
If you come across content that violates our Community Guidelines, click the Report button below the video or content. Our moderation team reviews all reports and takes appropriate action. You can also email us at support@hittop.online to report serious violations.
Q30. How does HitTop protect children on the platform?
HitTop has zero tolerance for any content that exploits, harms, or endangers minors. We actively monitor our platform for such content and immediately remove it and report it to law enforcement. HitTop is not directed to children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Q31. What happens if I upload copyrighted content?
Uploading content that you do not own or have rights to use is a violation of HitTop Terms of Service and the DMCA. Your video may be removed and you may receive a copyright strike. Users who receive three copyright strikes may have their account permanently terminated.
Q32. How do I report a copyright violation on HitTop?
If you believe your copyrighted content has been uploaded to HitTop without your permission, send a DMCA takedown notice to dmca@hittop.online. Include your full name, contact information, a description of the copyrighted work, and the URL of the infringing content on HitTop.
Q33. Can I use copyrighted music in my videos?
You may only use music in your videos if you own the rights to it, have a license to use it, or it is royalty-free music. Using copyrighted music without permission may result in your video being removed or your account receiving a copyright strike.
