I filed 8 patents on an invention called Human Level Artificial Intelligence with a 2006 priority. In order to fully describe my invention, I had to make these AI "thinking" demos. These videos are old and were made a long time ago.<br /><br />There are no sounds in the video to put emphasis on the robot's thinking process, and the sequence of intelligent thoughts and actions that lead to human thinking while doing a human task (in this case, playing video games).<br /><br />I actually had to reverse engineer a human brain (me) in terms of what I was thinking and doing while playing video games. The AI algorithm selects the employees who fit the criteria for relocation."<br />KB Kookmin Bank was among the first to implement AI technology,... and employees are still adjusting to the system.<br />"The advantage is that we can rule out the possibility of unfair relocation of those who have power, but on the other side, the AI cannot listen to personal concerns."<br />Some bankers might have personal issues like an uncomfortable relationship with certain other employees.<br />A human resources expert says that using artificial intelligence is a trend,... and we don't have to worry about HR teams being replaced by AI.<br />"The human resources department cannot be substituted by artificial intelligence because there should be actual people managing the AI."<br />He added that AI can help with fair HR management because it isn't affected by personal feelings or interests.<br />Artificial intelligence is being used by human resources departments, and its use will only increase in the future.
