1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
Welcome to HitTop, a video-sharing and social media platform accessible at hittop.online. By accessing or using HitTop — whether by browsing, creating an account, uploading content, or interacting with any feature — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately stop using HitTop and close any account you may have created. These Terms apply to all users including viewers, creators, and anyone who accesses HitTop in any manner.
2. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
To use HitTop, you must be at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18, you must have parental or legal guardian consent. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering. You must not have been previously banned or suspended from HitTop. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at support@hittop.online.
3. CONTENT — YOUR RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
HitTop allows users to upload, post, share, and interact with videos, images, comments, and other content. You retain all ownership rights to the content you create and upload. By uploading content on HitTop, you grant HitTop a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display your content in connection with the operation and promotion of the platform. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe any third-party rights and complies with all applicable laws and these Terms.
4. PROHIBITED CONTENT AND CONDUCT
The following content and behaviors are strictly prohibited on HitTop:
Nudity and explicit sexual content of any kind. Any content that exploits, sexualizes, harms, or endangers minors — HitTop has zero tolerance and will report such content to law enforcement. Content that promotes hatred or discrimination based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or nationality. Gratuitous violence or graphic gore. Targeted harassment, threats, or stalking of individuals. Deliberately false or misleading information that could cause real-world harm. Spam, fake views, or any manipulation of platform metrics. Content promoting illegal activities including drug trafficking, weapons dealing, or fraud. Content that glorifies or supports terrorism or extremist ideologies. Uploading copyrighted content you do not own or have rights to use. Sharing private information or non-consensual intimate imagery of others.
Violating these rules may result in immediate content removal, account suspension, permanent termination, or reporting to relevant authorities.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
HitTop and its original content, features, and functionality are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. The HitTop name, logo, and brand are trademarks of HitTop and may not be used without prior written permission. If you believe your copyrighted work has been uploaded without authorization, please refer to our DMCA Policy in Section 8.
6. MONETIZATION AND CREATOR PROGRAM
HitTop offers instant monetization for all creators. As soon as you create an account and upload your first video on HitTop, you are immediately eligible to start earning revenue from your content. There are no minimum subscriber counts, no watch-time thresholds, and no waiting period required.
HitTop provides multiple ways for creators to earn money on the platform:
Advertising Revenue: Ads are displayed on your videos and you earn a share of the revenue generated from those ads. Earnings are based on views, ad engagement, and your audience location.
Channel Subscriptions: You can offer a paid subscription to your channel. Subscribers pay a monthly fee to access exclusive content, badges, and other perks you offer. HitTop takes a platform fee and the remaining revenue goes directly to you.
Video Selling: You can sell individual videos or set pay-per-view pricing on your content. Viewers pay a one-time fee to access your premium videos. You keep the majority of the revenue from every sale.
Tips and Super Features: Viewers can send you direct tips and paid messages during live streams or on your videos as a way to directly support your work.
Merchandise and External Links: You may link to your own merchandise store or external products from your channel page in accordance with our guidelines.
To remain eligible for monetization, creators must fully comply with HitTop Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, upload original content that does not infringe any third-party rights, maintain a channel in good standing with no active strikes or violations, and ensure all uploaded content follows HitTop Community Standards.
HitTop reserves the right to pause or remove monetization from any channel that violates our Terms of Service, engages in fraudulent activity, or uploads content that is not original. Monetization may be permanently removed from channels that receive multiple strikes or are found to be abusing the system.
HitTop reserves the right to modify or update the monetization program and revenue share rates at any time. Creators are solely responsible for reporting and paying all applicable taxes on income earned through HitTop.
7. PRIVACY POLICY
Your use of HitTop is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at hittop.online/privacy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using HitTop, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. HitTop does not sell your personal data to third parties.
8. COPYRIGHT AND DMCA POLICY
HitTop respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). To submit a copyright takedown request, you must provide your full legal name and contact information, a description of the copyrighted work, the URL of the infringing content on HitTop, a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate. Send all DMCA notices to dmca@hittop.online. Users who receive three copyright strikes may have their account permanently terminated.
9. TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION
HitTop reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, fraudulent or illegal activity, repeated copyright infringement, or extended inactivity. Upon termination, your right to use HitTop immediately ceases. You may appeal terminations by contacting appeals@hittop.online. You may also delete your account at any time from your account settings.
10. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
HitTop is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind. HitTop does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HitTop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. HitTop's total liability to you shall not exceed $100 USD or the amount you paid to HitTop in the past 12 months, whichever is greater.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by applicable international laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration. You agree to waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits against HitTop.
12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
HitTop reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When significant changes are made, we will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised date and notify registered users via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of HitTop after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
