Refund Policy

1. INTRODUCTION

At HitTop, we want every user to have a fair and transparent experience on our platform. This Refund Policy explains which payments are eligible for a refund and which are not. By making any payment on HitTop, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy. Please read it carefully before completing any purchase or transaction on hittop.online.


2. HITTOP SUBSCRIPTION PLANS — ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND

If you have purchased a HitTop subscription plan and wish to cancel it, you are eligible to request a refund under the following conditions:

You may cancel your HitTop subscription plan at any time from your account settings. If you cancel within 7 days of your initial purchase and have not extensively used the plan benefits, you are eligible for a full refund. If you cancel after 7 days, you may be eligible for a partial refund based on the unused portion of your subscription period. Once a refund is processed for your subscription, your plan will be immediately cancelled and you will lose access to all premium features associated with that plan. Refunds for subscription plans are processed within 7 to 10 business days and will be returned to your original payment method.

3. ADVERTISING PAYMENTS — NON REFUNDABLE

All payments made for advertising and promotional campaigns on HitTop are strictly non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to:

Payments made to run ads on HitTop videos or across the platform. Promotional campaign budgets that have already been spent or are currently active. Any advertising credits that have been used or applied to a campaign.

Once an advertising payment is made and your campaign has begun running, those funds cannot be returned regardless of the results or performance of the campaign. If your advertising campaign has not yet started and your budget has not been spent, you may contact us at support@hittop.online to discuss your options.

Please ensure you review all advertising details carefully before confirming any payment, as advertising funds are committed at the time of purchase.


4. CREATOR GIFTS — NON REFUNDABLE

Any gifts, tips, or direct payments sent to a creator on HitTop are completely non-refundable. This includes:

Super tips and paid messages sent to a creator during a live stream or on their videos. Any direct financial gifts or donations sent to support a creator. Virtual gifts or tokens purchased and sent to a creator.

Once a gift or tip has been sent to a creator, that transaction is final and cannot be reversed. Please ensure you intend to send a gift before confirming the transaction, as we are unable to process refunds for gifts under any circumstances.


5. PAID CHANNEL SUBSCRIPTIONS TO CREATORS — NON REFUNDABLE

Paid subscriptions purchased to support a specific creator's channel on HitTop are non-refundable. This includes:

Monthly or annual paid subscriptions to a creator's channel. Any exclusive membership or fan club payments made to a creator. Subscription fees paid to access a creator's exclusive content or community.

When you subscribe to a creator's paid channel, your payment goes directly to supporting that creator. These payments are non-refundable once processed. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, but no refund will be issued for the current billing period already paid.


6. PAID VIDEOS AND PREMIUM CONTENT — NON REFUNDABLE

Any payments made to purchase or unlock individual videos or premium content from a creator on HitTop are non-refundable. This includes:

Pay-per-view video purchases. One-time payments to unlock a specific video or piece of content. Purchases of exclusive content packages or bundles offered by a creator.

Once you have purchased access to a video or premium content and that content has been made available to you, the transaction is final and no refund will be issued. We encourage you to review all available previews and descriptions before purchasing any paid content on HitTop.


7. EXCEPTIONS

HitTop may consider refund requests outside of the standard policy in the following exceptional circumstances only:

You were charged twice for the same transaction due to a technical error on our platform. You were charged for a subscription or service that was never activated or delivered due to a fault on HitTop's side. Your account was used for unauthorized transactions that you reported immediately.

In these cases, please contact us at support@hittop.online within 48 hours of the transaction with full details and supporting evidence. HitTop will review all exception requests on a case by case basis and reserves the right to make the final decision.


8. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To request a refund for an eligible transaction, follow these steps:

Send an email to support@hittop.online with the subject line "Refund Request." Include your full name, registered email address, and HitTop username. Provide the transaction ID, date of payment, and amount paid. Describe the reason for your refund request clearly. Our support team will review your request and respond within 5 to 7 business days.

Please note that submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval. All requests are reviewed in accordance with this Refund Policy.


9. CHARGEBACKS

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or payment provider without first contacting HitTop to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to permanently suspend your account and all associated services. We encourage all users to contact our support team first so we can resolve any payment issues quickly and fairly.


10. CHANGES TO THIS REFUND POLICY

HitTop reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. When significant changes are made, we will post the updated policy on this page with a revised date and notify registered users via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of HitTop after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Refund Policy.
